Employees who were the part of Health and Safety Committee and have left the organization,
they have not been replaced by new members joining the committee.
2. Health and Safety Committee is inactive as the members are not currently engaged and have
not met in a very long time.
3. Furniture is not ergonomically correct and is causing unnecessary wrist injuries to
programmers as many programmers wear wrist braces.
4. Equipment room is messy and is full with cables, cords, old keyboards and computer parts
which can lead to accident or injury at workplace.
5. No policy to replace old furniture after regular intervals; managers have to explicitly ask for
it.
