The element that I chose is Argon.

Argon and it's The origin of the name Argon is


Greek; the word Argon is derived
Origin from Argos, which means lazy.

The element Argon is known as lazy,


because of how little it reacts to
form compounds.
Argon's symbol is Ar.

Argon's atomic number is 18.

Argon's atomic mass is 39.95 u.

Argon Argon is from group 8A, which is more


commomly known as the Noble Gases.
The electron configuration is 1s^2 2s^2 2p^6 3s^2
3p^6.
Argon's number of valence electrons is 8.
 Argon is colorless and odorless
 Argon's boiling point is –185.7 degrees celcius.
 Argon's melting point is –189.2 degrees celcius.
