Purpose of The Document

The purpose of this document is to provide the Stability Calculation of Anchor

Loop provided as U-Bolt shape for OHE Anchor Structures in Cp-105 project
provided on Parapet of the RFO.

The loading coming in the Anchor Loop which creates uplift force and shear force in
the bolts has been taken from the already approved document for “Design of
Anchor Foundation” With Document No. DOC/CP-105/DGN/DC/0153 Approved
Vide Engineer Letter no. 105-LTR-PMC-OHE-0246-E1 Dated 30.09.2020.

The stability of the U-Bolt has been checked for the maximum tension of 3600 Kg
developed in the Terminating Wire. Hence, same U-Bolt can be used for lesser value
of tension developed in the Terminating Wire.
