1) We drew the schematic circuit diagrams both in time domain and in s-domain using
LTspice XVII.
2)
3) We used MULTISIM online spice Simulation to verify our solution and we got the same
result in both (2) and here. Then we also used LTspice to verify our result again and we
got same voltage in 3Ω resistor’s wire as we calculated in (2) before. So, our result is
correct.
Here is the LTspice simulation Screenshot:

Here is the simulation file link for LTspice:

The circuit given in the question have resistor, current source, voltage source and
capacitor. Initially the power in the circuit is 0. So, when we power up the circuit it can
damage others component by over powering it. That's why there is capacitor which can
store energy when there is excess voltage and can prevent any damage to the circuit.
Later, we can use the power from the capacitor in the circuit. So, capacitor can help
prevent damage to the components in circuit due to over flow of the voltage. Sometimes
so device or machine need some energy to start and capacitor can provide that initial
energy to start. For example, some motor need inital energy before rotation and capacitor
can provide that energy. That's how this this circuit can be applied in real world. It can
also be used for the tuning purpose of radio/television. RLC circuit's main involvement is
in signal processing and communication system. Low pass/High pass filters are made using
RLC circuits. High pass filters are also used in audio system as part of an audio crossover
to direct high frequencies to a tweeter while attenuating bass signals which could
interfere with, or damage, the speaker. High pass filters are also used in digital image
processing to perform image modifications, enhancements, noise reduction etc.
