 Managing a program to create and launch a new high education
academy in digital technology Training (PANENSS-IIHT : two
campus, one in Douala and the other in Youandé) involving a
partenership with four international universities and institutions
on behave of PANESS conseil(one year program),
 Managing a project of implementing ERP software in a company
in retail and distribution business (SOCAPAP, six month),
 Management of organizational transformation program including
many components and mainly, process optimization with ISO
9001 and lean manufacturing, ERP implementation with SAP,
organizational culture change, organizational chart
redesign…(Multiprint Corporation 2 years),
 Managing a program to create and launch Supermarket in Douala

 With my experience and skill, I want to contribute on the
