This is to certify that:

1. Bharti Airtel Limited is a Company Licensed by the Government of India to provide

Telecommunication Services in the State of Karnataka and has been vested with the powers of
Telegraph Authority under the enabling provision of the Indian Telegraph Act.

2. Telecommunications services are “Essential Services” as provided for under the provisions of Para
2 (a)(i) of the Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1968. Telephone and telegraph services have also
been defined as ‘public utility service’ under the provisions of Section 22 A (b) of the Legal Services
Authorities Act, 1987 and Section 2(n) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

3. Mr. ____________________________________S/o: ____________________________________a

bonafide employee of the Service Partner of Bharti Airtel Ltd. and is engaged in the activities of
establishment, maintenance and operation of technical facilities and telecom equipment installed
at several locations, which are essential for the working and operation of telephone network and
systems.

4. His movement in the area is essential for maintaining the network and keeping it in working order.

5. Therefore, the above mentioned person be permitted to travel/move as he is required for

provision/maintenance of essential services. Following vehicle/vehicles are being used by the above
person and the movement of the same be also permitted:-

The above certificate is being issued for the purpose of identification of persons moving for provision/
maintenance of essential telecom services during the period of restriction imposed by the local
Governmental authority under regulations/ Epidemic Diseases Act, and will be valid for a period of one
