OFFER TO SELL PARCELS OF LAND

WE, the heirs of late Jacinto Tamayao:

JULIETA OLANO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Mapaoay, Ipil, Tabuk, Kalinga;
MARIETA RATIVO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Mapaoay, Ipil, Tabuk, Kalinga;
ADELAIDA TAMAYAO , of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Mapaoay, Ipil, Tabauk,
Kalinga;
EDUARDO TAMAYAO , of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Mapaoay, Ipil, Tabuk,
Kalinga;
JANET TAMAYAO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Mapaoay, Ipil, Tabuk, Kalinga;

are the owners of a parcel of Agricultural land located at Bulanao, Tabuk, Kalinga, with an area
of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX (108,626) SQUARE
METERS covered and embraced by Transfer Certificate of title No. B-8976. That we hereby offer
to sell a portion of the said lot of FORTY THOUSAND (4,000) SQUARE METERS only
to_________________.

The terms and conditions of this Offer to Sell are as follows, to wit:

1. The selling price is Php3,500 per square meter (Php140,000,000.00);

2. The BIR Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp and other fees incurred in the transfer of
the title of the property to the name of the buyer shall be shouldered by the buyer and the
seller shall be free from any liability;

3. That the agents are entitled to 5% commission from the actual selling price; and,

4. That the purchase price shall be paid on time.
