Only if a request from buyer is received then the society will
intimate the Artist personally through e-mail or phone call.
The artist has to submit the framed painting at the society office.

y Open the online Entry Form and enter all details and upload the entry
images

Resolution
Digital images of actual exhibits must be 2100 pixels in width (horizontal im-
ages) or 2100 pixels in height (vertical images) not larger than 3000 pixels in
width e.g. A digital image measuring 5 x 7 inches at 300 dpi would be 1500 x
2100 pixels.

File format
Images must be in JPEG format. Save the images at maximum quality
(300dpi).

Sculpture / Installations
Please upload collage of four images taken from four sides of the Sculpture
or one can send a clip of the sculpture viewing it from various angles.

File Names
File name must include: Artist Name, Category, painting/sculpture/graphic/
rupees e.g. Vilas-Patil_Painting_Old-is-Gold_18x32_Oil-On-Canvas_27000.jpg

Painting / Graphics - Min. Size: 12” x 16” / Max. Size: 48” x 48” (inclusive of

Members / Students: 1 entry Rs. 200 , 2 entries Rs. 300 and 3 entries Rs. 500
Non- Members / Artists : 1 entry Rs. 300, 2 entries Rs. 500, 3 entries Rs. 700

y The Entry Fee is Non-refundable
y Entry fees must be paid via Payment gateway through Debit/Credit card or Net Banking
(Powered by Razorpay). Your entries will be accepted only after successful transaction.

Rules and Regulations

y The selection of entries and allotment of awards will be at the discretion of

the judging committee appointed by the society. The judging committee’s
decision may not allot any award in one or more categories, if no work is
considered worthy of it. The Judging Committee will not assign any reason
for their decision. No participant will get the Scholarship or the Society’s Prize
more than once.

y Artists submitting entries in Professional category must have completed 18

years of age.

y All the entries must be in the category of either Painting or Sculpture or

Graphics or Installation.

y Works sent for Competition must be original work and must not have been
exhibited before in any competitive exhibition. Participant has to sign a
declaration about it. If the declaration in this regard found to be incorrect or
false, the committee shall be entitled to reject the entry, even at the time of
or before or during the exhibition.

y Students are required to upload a digital image of identity card of the

Art institute they are studying in.

y We make a very earnest appeal to artists to send fresh and best of their
original artworks.

y Society shall be entitled to reproduce any of the Exhibits in any publication.

y All sales will be effected through the Society. The amount thus collected will
be paid to the artist after deducting 25% of the sale amount as commission
payable to the society. If the deal is cancelled, it is the artist’s responsibility to
collect their paintings from ASI office within 15 days after the deal has been
closed.

y Artists are requested not to sell their artworks outside during the Exhibition
period. If the artwork found sold before completion of the exhibition, artist
will not be allowed/permitted to exhibit their artworks for next two years.
