Bowcott is a journeyman plumber, class B gasfitter, and certified steep-slope roofer. She has
been honoured with several awards for her accomplishments in the infrastructure sector. In 2017
and 2018 she received the Sooke Chamber of Commerce’s Trade and Skilled Labour Excellence
Award. In 2018 she received the Canadian Construction Association award and was also
awarded the B.C. Construction Association’s Provincial Construction Leadership Award. In
2019 she received Grant Thornton LLP Business Excellence Award.

Former chairman of the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory authority.

She was Chief Secretary to Govt. of Gujarat and Chief Vigilance commissioner of Gujarat. She served as Principal
Secretary, Energy and Petrochemicals Department at Government of Gujarat. She was also the Chairperson of
Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd and Chairperson of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Co. Ltd. She has vast
experience in the fields of Administration and Management. She has held distinguished position in the Government
of Gujarat and was Chairperson and Director in many Govt. of Gujarat promoted companies.

Chief Commercial Service Officer at Adani Airports

She started her career at Indian Hotels Company Limited, went on to become the Senior Vice President of
DLF Luxury (DLF Emporio, DLF Promenade, Chanakya Luxury Project and Lodhi Hotel). After a
decade with DLF, she has recently taken on the role of Chief Commercial Service Officer at Adani
Airports.
