Conclusion

In this research paper, we can see a quantum of information about what kind of
company Evaly is, how they operate, who their target market is and what their
customers think and feel about Evaly. Evaly is one of the biggest online retailers
in Bangladesh.

Even after plethora of issues they faced in the past, they have continued their
service. But what they can actually take pride on is that, they offer products to
their customers at the cheapest price, who otherwise couldn’t have afforded the
product.

However, if they aim to be the largest ecommerce in Bangladesh, they need to


improve their customer support system. They also need to be transparent in
their business dealings so that consumers can rely on them and to rule out any
misunderstanding.

Evaly is comparatively new in the online market of Bangladesh. If they want to


sustain in the future, they need to take some necessary steps.

Recommendation

Evaly has a strong customer base, thanks to their innovative marketing. Their
brand is well known in Bangladesh. But they need to confront some issues to keep
the goodwill.

The biggest weakness is the delivery system. They promise to deliver products
withing 45 working days, which is itself a very long time. And yet they fail to do
so in number of occasions. When customer make calls to their helpline to complain
about it, there is often no one to pick their calls. Thus, decreasing the overall
customer satisfaction.

So Evaly needs to address these issues and recruit more bodies for the help desk.
They also need to develop their delivery system to ensure 100% customer
satisfaction and sustain in the future.
