1.

Men and women should be treated equally

 It saves lives: Bringing a gender perspective into discussions allows women to play a bigger role in
their own protection.
 It results in better healthcare: When women are equal in society, their health will be impacted
positively.
 It helps businesses: When women receive the same education and job opportunities as men, they
can improve any organization they join.
 Children are healthier: When women make their own reproductive choices, they provide better care
for the children they do have. With income options equal to men, mothers can offer education,
healthcare, and healthier food to their children.
 It leads to better legal protections:  Increasing women’s legal rights keeps them safe and able to
build productive happy lives.
 It reduces poverty: When women receive better education, healthcare, and job opportunities, they
can thrive. Investing in gender inequality is a sustainable, highly-effective way to reduce poverty.

2. There are some advantages:

 Opportunity to problem solve together

 Ability to make everyone feel included
 Time to get everyone aligned about a topic
 Some people find them relaxing compared to doing independent work (I’d say that’s actually a
disadvantage)

There are also clear disadvantages:

 Meetings take a lot of time away from being productive

 People are invited to meetings when they aren’t needed there
 The loudest people in the room can dominate the conversation
 Unless takeaways are written down after, decisions made in the meeting aren’t recorded

In my view, the biggest problem with meetings is having them when they aren’t necessary.

3. Meetings are held for any of the following reasons:

 To sort out any conflicts.

 To negotiate a contract or agreement, or matters to do with it.
 To deal with a current problem within the group or within the business or organisation.
 To receive a report for assessment and review.
 To supply information to those present or to canvas views of those present on the
particular matter at hand.
 To put forward ideas or systems for consideration and for implementation.
 To deal with any matters at all concerning a business, or group, or organisation.

Steps to organize to meeting

 First, you need to set a goal for your meeting to ensure that it’s necessary.
 Next, start creating an agenda that will help to keep you on topic as you move through the
meeting.
 One of the best things you can do when you’re hosting a meeting is make sure that you don’t
allow yourself to veer off track.
 Make Meetings Available Anywhere, Any Time using video conferencing tools since your team
members won’t always be available in-office, to come with you to a board or conference room

4. The economic trends in our country

According to the ADO report, the economy is expected to grow by 6.7% in 2021 and 7.0% in 2022 – strong and
steady growth made possible by Vietnam’s success in containing the COVID-19 pandemic. Vietnam’s
economic growth will be boosted by export-oriented manufacturing, increased investment, and expanding trade.
The growth momentum is expected to continue, thanks to ongoing reforms to improve the business environment
and Vietnam’s participation in multiple free trade agreements involving almost all advanced economies.

5. The biggest economic problems the world is facing

The global economy faces a number of serious challenges in the 21st Century. Some global problems are
short term, such as the recent recession caused by the credit crunch and related banking crisis.
Most global shocks are relatively short term and may be self-correcting.  Other apparently short run
events can have long lasting effects, such as the oil shocks of the 1970s, which permanently altered the
global market for oil. Other global problems are longer term, and may require a strategic approach to
finding solutions. These problems include global inequality and unequal economic development,
global poverty, the exhaustion of non-renewable resources, depletion of the environment and global
warming, and systemic problems associated with inadequate regulation of financial markets.

6. The different forms of marketing

 Focusing on the Target Audience

 Email marketing
 Social media marketing.
 Event Marketing
 Search engine optimization

One way to advertise our university

Young people use social media for more than simple communicating, they use it to find information out
and get a feel for brands and products. So with that in mind, there are several reasons why a university
would want to embrace social media with open arms: brand awareness, recruitment and creating
community.

7. Advantages

 One of the main advantages of using the Internet is being able to look for information online.
Most people nowadays have Internet access and they can easily do an Internet search to find
the type of information they need for their job or studies.
 Students can benefit enormously from taking online courses and e-learning in general. Online
education is easily accessible to people of all ages and cultural background. The Internet is
changing the way people learn because its users have access to a variety of online sources of
information such as e-books, blogs, video and audio lessons, and so much more.
 The Internet can be of benefit to people in many different ways. For example, they can buy
books, clothes and food online, book their holidays online, pay their bills, and so on. Not only is
this convenient, but it also saves a lot of time.
 Other benefits of the Internet for most people are that they can send unlimited amounts of emails
and files as attachments.
 The Internet has enabled us to interact with others through instant messaging, Internet forums,
and social networking. All that can be of benefit to people to some extent. It is easy to be in touch
with the people you care about, especially when you live some distance away.

DISADVANTAGES

 One main disadvantage of using the Internet is that people can spend too much time surfing the
net in search of the information they need. It is easy for people to lose track of time when
they go online, and besides that there are plenty of distractions such as links to other pages or
advertisements.
 The drawback of e-learning is that it is not the same as learning in the classroom. As a result, e-
learners may miss a 'live' teacher as well as face-to-face interaction with other students. Similarly,
e-books don't feel the same as real books, and that's why some people prefer to read paperback
books instead.
 The Internet can be really convenient when it comes to shopping online, but one disadvantage is
that people don't actually see the product until it's delivered to their home and they might find it
different from what their expect. That's quite a common problem, especially for clothing, but I
guess for other things as well.
 One main drawback of the Internet is that you get much spam. As it is not relevant to you, it
requires you to get rid of it regularly, which means deleting emails day after day. It can be quite
annoying for most people.
 There are a number of drawbacks to Internet use. For example, there is  a high risk of fraud
online because criminals try to get access to people's personal data. Apart from that, there are
other threats online such as viruses, phishing, and so on.

8. The benefits of digital marketing include:

 Global reach - a website allows you to find new markets and trade globally for only a small
investment.
 Lower cost - a properly planned and well targeted digital marketing campaign can reach the
right customers at a much lower cost than traditional marketing methods.
 Trackable, measurable results - measuring your online marketing with web analytics
and other online metric tools makes it easier to establish how effective your campaign has
been. You can obtain detailed information about how customers use your website or
respond to your advertising.
 Personalisation - if your customer database is linked to your website, then whenever
someone visits the site, you can greet them with targeted offers. The more they buy from
you, the more you can refine your customer profile and market effectively to them.
 Openness - by getting involved with social media and managing it carefully, you can build
customer loyalty and create a reputation for being easy to engage with.
 Social currency - digital marketing lets you create engaging campaigns using content
marketing tactics. This content (images, videos, articles) can gain social currency - being
passed from user to user and becoming viral.
 Improved conversion rates - if you have a website, then your customers are only ever a
few clicks away from making a purchase. Unlike other media which require people to get up
and make a phone call, or go to a shop, digital marketing can be seamless and immediate.
Together, all of these aspects of digital marketing have the potential to add up to more sales.

Disadvantages of digital marketing

Some of the downsides and challenges of digital marketing you should be aware of include:

 Skills and training - You will need to ensure that your staff have the right knowledge and
expertise to carry out digital marketing with success. Tools, platforms and trends change
rapidly and it's vital that you keep up-to-date.
 Time consuming - tasks such as optimising online advertising campaigns and creating
marketing content can take up a lot of time. It's important to measure your results to ensure
a return-on-investment.
 High competition - while you can reach a global audience with digital marketing, you are
also up against global competition. It can be a challenge to stand out against competitors
and to grab attention among the many messages aimed at consumers online.
 Complaints and feedback - any negative feedback or criticism of your brand is can be
visible to your audience through social media and review websites. Carrying out effective
customer service online can be challenging. Negative comments or failure to respond
effectively can damage your brand reputation.
 Security and privacy issues - there are a number of legal considerations around collecting
and using customer data for digital marketing purposes. Take care to comply with the rules
regarding privacy and data protection.

9. Positive and negative eeffects of marketing
Marketing can contribute to a better world: framing consumer choices to facilitate healthier lifestyles,
using data analytics for important social causes, developing new business models that regenerate
and restore degraded ecosystems. Conversely, marketing contributes to unhealthy, unsustainable
behaviors: offering unhealthy foods to children, using data in ways that violate consumer privacy and
placing profits before people and the environment.
10. Money is something very important. Beyond the basic needs, money helps us achieve our life's goals and
supports — the things we care about most deeply — family, education, health care, charity, adventure and
fun. It helps us get some of life's intangibles — freedom or independence, the opportunity to make the
most of our skills and talents, the ability to choose our own course in life, financial security. With money,
much good can be done and much unnecessary suffering avoided or eliminated. However, money is not
everything.

It can give us the time to appreciate the simple things in life more fully, but not the spirit of innocence and
wonder necessary to do so. Money can give us the time to develop our gifts and talents, but not the
courage and discipline to do so.

Money can give us the power to make a difference in the lives of others, but not the desire to do so. It can
give us the time to develop and nurture our relationships, but not the love and caring necessary to do so.

11. Organizing a product launch event

 Setup your event details, including date, time, location, passes available, promo codes, speakers,
sessions, etc.
 Build your event website
 Start promoting the event through email, social media, and more.
  invite the media to cover the launch of the event
 Invite influencers and celebrities to gain exposure with specific groups of people and increase social buzz
 Livestream the event to gain extra exposure
 Have product demo stations with staff to explain the product and for prospects to try it

12. Factors that make people happy

 Culture
 Freedom
 Love
 Exercising
 Friends
 Family
 Hobbies
 Good health
 Money
That make people unhappy
 Staying indoors
 Isolating yourself
 Not sleeping enough and not sleeping regularly
 Chronic inactivity, lack of exercise, and poor nutrition
 Hanging Around Negative People
 Comparing Your Own Life To The Lives People Portray On Social Media
 Complaining
 Blaming
 Overcontrolling others

13. Money is more important than success

Either of them is incomplete without the other. When you are successful, it is almost a surety that money
will flow but money cannot always define success. To be successful one needs to work hard and in the
right direction so that your earn respectable position and fame too with righteously earned money. Money
can be earned in ways that are morally and ethically incorrect but that would not earn you respect enough
to be called successful. I believe in earning respect and reputation along with success righteously. Money
cannot always buy these things. However, money incentivizes one to work harder and be successful so I
think success is more important and money obviously flows along if you are have all the success.

14. Factors that make us international

 The penetration of overseas products
 The growth of the Internet
 The ability to travel around the world
 Learning foreign languages, especially English
 The possibility to be exposed to different cultures
