How to use Free Cam:

Step 1:
Launch the software by clicking on the software button.

Step 2:
On opening it will look like this:
Step 3:
Click on the “New Recording” option to start the recording
NOTE:
The section/area which is under the dotted line only the area
will be recorded which you can adjust by using the corner
adjusting option.
Or
You can use the pre-defined areas from the option near setting
(option available near gear symbol ⚙)
if you click on the you’ll see:

From where you can choose Fullscreen, a particular screen using

Selected application or Select area and the screen resolution.
Mostly we’ll be using full-screen option.
After choosing full-screen option the dotted line will shift to
border of your system screen. Because of which the full screen
will be recorded.

Step 4:
Click on the Red Dot button in the left bottom to start the
recording.
Option:
To pause: F10
Stop: End
Delete or discards the recording: F4

Step 5:
When you’re done recording press F4, Free cam will start
preparing the preview depending upon (Time taken to prepare
the preview fully depends on the video resolution you chose and
the video length).
After it is done preparing the scree will look like this:

Where you can edit the (usually contain cropping/trimming the

video) or the save the life in any multimedia format like .mp4
or .wmv format using the “Save as Video” option the toolbar.
 You can choose the folder/ directory where you want to save the
video as per your convenience.
