Parsley is well-known as a garnish on fish,
meat dishes or soup. Parsley belongs to family
Apiaceae. Is Native to Mediterranean countries, but
it is cultivated around the world for herb and spice.
Parsley is cultivated for its leaves. It is a major part
of European and Western Asia cuisine. It is best
cultivated in moist and well-drained soil. Cultivation
is best under hot sunshine temperature between 22-
300 C. Parsley leaves attract animals, such as
butterfly, bees and bird. Parsley leaves are bright
green and curly. They are 1-3 cm length. The Parsley
plant is biennial. In the first year, the plant will grow
to 10-25 cm. in the second year; it grows to 75 cm
tall and has yellowish-green flowers. Inside the
flowers, we can find its seeds. The plant will die after
the seeds are mature. These leaves are generally
used fresh in cooked recipes, added at the last
moment of the cooking process. It is believed that
cooking will quickly destroy the flavor. Parsley can
be kept in the plastic bag for short time in
refrigerator.

When the summertime came. Mr. Dick’s
family had their vacation. It was really an
unforgettable vacation because they had a prime
service with low cost.
On the plane, they had amazing flight
since the cabin crew served them in a friendly
and kindly. way. They felt a home during the
fight. Upon their arrival at the airport, they went
to the immigration desk to check the document
needed. It was a busy day, a lot of people in a
queue. After one our checking document, they
claim their baggage. After that, they hurriedly
went to the hotel on a bus. It was a convenient
bus. When they arrived at the hotel, they were
welcomed by hotel officers. The hotel was a
famous five–star hotel. They received marvelous
service from the hotel officers and staff. As they
had booked, they were in family room. It was
very an astonishing room. It had to be bad,
leisure arm-chairs, cable TV, mini bar, and small
kitchen. The design was very luxurious. Besides
the room, they could also enjoy their breakfast
and dinner in the restaurant on the second floor.
The restaurant served Asian and European food
which had the most remarkable ever. They could
choose from a variety of delicious food there.
They spent six days a vacation, joyful happy in
London. They went back to Jakarta the following
week. They took hundreds of photographs. It
was the best time for the family ever had.
