the topic “KNOWLEDGE AND UTILIZATION OF LIBRARY RESOURCES IN ENHANCING
LEARNING PROCESS AMONG COLLEGE OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY STUDENTS
KAFANCHAN CAMPUS.”

1. Library resources are those materials that are both print and non-print
format, found in school libraries which support curricular and
personal information need.
2. Newspapers/Magazines are sources of information which are
excellent when looking for current and up-to-date information.
3. Printed journal/e-journals are primary library resources published by
an institution or professional society in which the researcher write
about the result of their work to the peer community.
4. Reference materials is a good starting point when looking for
information and definition e.g. dictionaries, encyclopedia, map etc.
5. Computer/Internet are library resources which have subject gateway,
search engines, website, database that provide you with information
both current and overviews topic in the internet.
6. Textbooks are secondary library resources that provide you with a
good general understanding of a topic and often cover many areas of
one or more general topics.
7. Book/E-books provide valuable background information and in-depth
overview of a subject, an explanation of theories and a comparison of
differing ideas, approaches and opinions.
8. Library catalogues is a list of materials owned by a library, including
books, magazines, journals, audio-visual materials and other
materials.
