NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE SECOND GENERAL PTA ASSEMBLY AND

CARD DISTRIBUTION
LASIP NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL conducted the 2 ND Parents’ assembly along with the Card
Distribution last November 6, 2018 Tuesday at 2:30 P.M. held at the Senior High School building.

The program started with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and a prayer thru
audio-visual presentation. It was formally opened by a roll call from each grade level’s parents.

Head Teachers warmly welcomed the newly appointed school principal Madam Lucy A.
Nicomedez after which gave her inspirational message.

Our principal, Dr. Lilia S. Cano, delivered her message focusing on the school uniform. She
reminded the parents to encourage their children to please follow the school rules and regulations.
She told them that there are hardheaded students who wear black or other colored shirt. Wearing
the prescribed uniform will help the school identify those who are considered ‘outsiders’. Also, she
added in her message the upcoming 2018 Philippine Educational Placement Test at SDO 1
Conference Hall on November 18, 2018. Overage and our-of-school students must grab this
opportunity to upgrade their academic level for re-entry into formal school or job entry. Mrs. Cano
acknowledged and thanked the parents’ presence and participation to this 2 nd General PTA Meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 4:00 P.M. Parents and teachers went respectively to the classrooms
for the card distribution.
