1 Checklist preparation
6S Auditor prepares checklist for visual and knowledge audit. START
Print out hard copy of the checklist.
2 Conduct of audit 1
6S auditor conduct audit first hour in the morning. Prepare audit
6S auditor run-through visual and knowledge in whole areas of the factory. checklist
- If have findings, continue conduct visual and knowledge audit until finished the whole
area.
- If no findings found, proceed to specific sections or scheduled sections and conduct 2
visual and knowledge audit. Conduct daily
6S auditor list down and takes pictures in every findings. audit
6S auditor informs responsible personnel for the findings.
6S auditor notifies department heads regarding the findings.
Decide whether the findings are quick or long term fix.
- If long term fix. Coordinate with concerned group for timeline to fix the findings.
- If quick fix, include list in findings. Run-through
- Affix signature as acknowledgment of the findings. Visual and

6S Auditor will discuss the long term audit findings to the team leader or section heads
and ask for commitment date.
6S Auditor will verify on the day of the committed date provided by the section head in
the area if the findings area are already corrected.
-If still not corrected base on their commitment date it will be considered findings List down factory

Scope of findings during verification
- Findings will be verified in the whole area affected on the findings.
4 Summary and daily sending of daily audit
Collate daily findings and generate report for audit ratings. Take picture for
Audit rating computation (40% Visual, 60% Knowledge) visual findings
-Table for level ratings and incremental value
-Section Visual Rating Computation
-Weighed Visual Rating (40%)
