Committee Duties and responsibilities
1. Welcome and registration  Ensure that participants have to prepare
in advance when opening or closing
ceremony
 List or specify an invitation or VIP guests
who will be present.
 Provides speech the guest of honor for
the opening or closing
 Provide copies of the pledge read
championship.
 Appoint and train a championship pledge
reader.
 Provides a prayer text.
 Recruit and train the reader prayer.
 Helping committee gifts and souvenirs in
providing requirements related to
presentation of prizes such as the
delivery is done, appropriate music and
others.
 Provide the equipment required for the
opening or closing ceremonies of the
tournamen.
 Supervise seat layout for invitation or
guest of honor at the pavilion.
 Provides procedures welcomes special
guests.
 Providing welcome the arrival of the
guest of honor of the event, special
guests and all the preparations for the
celebration.
 Welcoming the guests, the audience and
direct them to the proper seat.
2. Finance  Receive an estimate of the
expenditure of another subcommittee
to be forwarded to the central
committee.
 All applications must be approved by
the office of shopping center power
first.
 Ordering of goods and services
according to the needs.
 Provide a letter of offer (lo) and a
voucher for the administration and
management of the tournament.
 Responsible to keep the bills
involved and the balance sheet in the
tournament.
 Regulate and supervise all travel
expenses tournament.

3. Program/speeches/opening and  Getting a list of the names of


closing committee members and officials of the
committee members involved to be
included in the program.
 Getting the program council of the
committee involved in the program
included in the program book.
 Get the itinerary of the technical
committee involved involved to be
included in the program book.
 Getting remarks refer to the
committee VIP protocol to be added in
the program.
 Develop programs to print and make
sure the book ready to print in a timely
manner.
 Prepare and distribute programs
before and during the tournament.
 Prepare and submit financial reports
to the finance committee.

4. Equipment and tools 


Provides tools and help position the
power competition
 inspect the equipment and make
sure the specifications.
 Providing golf and tennis
competitions.
 Book matches.
 Provide all relevant technical
requirements for the smooth
implementation of the program.
 Updating equipment and control the
movement of instruments.
 Responsible for the equipment used

implemented.

5. Games  Ensuring the pitch in perfect shape


complete and ready for use.
 Briefed the attendants of the game,
equipment and facilities.
 Distribute and get entries of teams
competing.
 Hold a raffle for a contest or event
hall.
 Examining the conditions of
participation as well as to confirm the
participation of the teams competing.
 Ensure that courts built according to
the correct size.
 Ensure tools are in use in
accordance with specifications.
 Save and record the results of the
competition

6. P.A system  In cooperation with the committee to


provide a programmable protocol to
determine opening: Protocols, Time,
Business, How to enter the marchers,
Music or parade, performances
 In cooperation with the technical
committee in preparing a program
schedule or event to suit the activities
or projects underway.
 In cooperation with the technical
committee in preparing the program for
the prize.
 Manage the entire implementation of
the program and cooperation with the
tournament committee and the program
book distributed to all attendees.
 Ensuring audio and visual equipment
is always in good condition and can be
used in the tournament.
 Provides audio and visual equipment
throughout the tournament, especially
when opening and closing.

7. Cleanliness  Make sure the pitch that will be used


in a clean state before, during and after
the tournament.
 Method parties for borrowing tools in
need.
 Contact the relevant parties to collect
garbage service.
 Appoint officials to keep the field
before, during and after the
tournament.
8. Safety and security  To ensure the safety of participants
awake during the program run
 Ensuring a safe game and not
harmful
 In cooperation with the security
forces to guard venues

9. Foods and drinks BEFORE


  get a cafeteria that offersservices to the
needs offood and drinks
  preparing the budget and the type of
food or dishes that need to be prepared
for the committee during the program

souvenirs. 
 To ensure the delivery of gifts and
souvenirs running smoothly.

gifts and souvenirs.
