EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

FEES AND FINANCIAL REGULATIONS

The following fees and financial regulations are adopted effective year 2015-2021.

SECTION 1. PAYMENT FEES

An employee whose contract incurs a financial to the company. The company reserves the right to
revoke the salary, benefits, contract, and effective on the date of the prescribed deadline of payment to
those employees who fails to make full payment of the required obligation. Employees whose
obligations/penalty have been revoked or cancelled for failure to make timely payments are not
permitted to report to work.

“To recognize without reservation, the authority of Red Construction Technik to bar or not allow the
employee from entering the Company Grounds and attending his/her work in case he/she fails to pay
required obligation fees/penalties and/or pay one (1) installment of the due and/or other company fees
as indicated in the current schedule of payment and that he/she shall only be re-admitted assign as
Obligation fees/penalties and other company fees are paid; provided however, that the employee will
be solely responsible in keeping up with the designated, assignments, work and during the working days
the employee as not allowed to enter and attend work”.

The Company reserves the right to withhold from an employee their credentials, certifications and/or
permission to transfer to another company who has not fully settled his/her financial accounts with the
Company or has not fully settled the required installment of the due and/or demandable penalty/fees as
indicated in the current periodic schedule of payment.

SECTION 2. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

An employee with past due accounts may not be honored for renewal of contract for the future year
and cannot receive any company credential. Payments of past due or old accounts are paid in “cash.”

SECTION 3. PAYMENT FEES

SECTION 4. CHECK PAYMENTS

If payment of company fees is via check, funds should be cleared on or before due date. Check payment
for company fees will no longer be accepted two (2) weeks before the renewal of contract and for
payment of old/previous accounts.

Check payments will no longer be accepted for full or partial payment of outstanding company fees or
past due accounts related to any request for company credentials, and other documents.

Check should be made payable to “RED CONSTRUCTION TECHNIK”.

SECTION 5. DISHONORED/RETURNED CHECKS

An employee, parent/spouse whose check is returned unpaid by the ban for any reason will be charged
returned check penalty of P500.00 and will be responsible for any associated costs from the bank and/or
attorney’s fees incurred by the Company should be a lawsuit or other collection efforts be instituted to
collect on such dishonored check. In any case were the company has a reason to believe that an
employee, parent or drawer presented a dishonored check in bad faith, the Company may, in addition to
any collection efforts, refer the matter to proper authorities for appropriate action.

Check payment will no longer be accepted for an employee with the record of dishonored checks. The
employee, parent/spouse or drawer of the check waives the requirements of notice of dishonor.

SECTION 6. WITHDRAWALS

Applications for withdrawals from the company after contract must be made in accordance with the
following schedule with the following procedures under Company Regulations. In authorized
withdrawals, Company charges and fees will be made in accordance with the following schedule:

a. Withdrawal dated within the contract period shall be charged P250.00;

b. Withdrawal dated on or before the end of the first week of the contract period shall be charged ten
percent (10%) of the total assessments;

c. Withdrawal dated on or before the end of the third week of the contract period shall be charged
twenty-five percent (25%) of the total assessments;

d. Withdrawal dated on or before the end of the fifth week of the contract period shall be charged fifty
percent (50%) of the total assessments;

e. Withdrawal dated on or before the end of the six weeks of the contract period shall be charged
seventy-five percent (75%) of the total assessments;

f. Withdrawal after the sixth week of the contract period shall be charged in full of one hundred percent
(100%) of the total assessments.

The date of official withdrawal shall be the date of submission of the duly accomplished or completed
withdrawal forms to the Finance Department and shall be the basis for the appropriate Company
charges and fees as stated above.

An Employee who withdraws from the Company shall be made to pay in full the internal fees and the
books.

Authorization to withdraw will not be given to an employee who does not have a clear financial record.
Withdrawal from the Company shall only be approved upon payment of appropriate charges as stated
above.

The above provisions shall apply regardless of whether the employee started his/her working hours or
not or on whatever reason.

SECTION 7. RULES AND REFUND

Request for the refund on excess payment or overpayment of company fees can be done within the
current contract year and subject to a full consent and conformity of the employees’ parents/spouse. In
no case will Company fees/penalties be reduced or refunded because of absences from work.
