CONDITION
 Frequency of Maintenance and service 2 time per month is the first
week of month and third week of month with the detail data report and check
sheet.
Incase of problems such as defective equipment due to use or any
appropriate equipment replacing or repairing it promptly so that it can
continue to work. The cost incurred. Lt is considered to be a work of System
Control Service can be expenses to TPL.

ATTACHED CONDITION : GENERAL CONDITION AND SPECIFICATION

KINDLY SIGN THE DUPLICATE AND IT IN CONFIRMATION OF THE ABOVE EACH.

EXCLUSTIONS : For proper completion of the equipment, the

following items which are excluded from this
quotation, have be to provided by owner or
purchaser.
1) All Thailand Import Tax ( B.O.I.)
2) All civil engineering and works such as foundation,
concrete structure , concrete tank , buildings ,
cover of pits , handrails and water proof martar.
3) Reception , unloading and storage of equipment and
components
4) All necessary utilities , materials lubrication
oil , etc., for the erection and test run.
5) Lighting facilities.
6) In case equipment is problem, will to service charge
only equipment.
7) All earth wiring materials and labour.
8) Acid and Alkali resistance paint , for concrete
tanks.
9) Manholes for concrete tank
10) Pipe pit
11) Customs Handling Charge at Thailand.
12) Value Added Tax (Vat) 7%
