Circulated for approval of the Board was the request of Management to designate Ms.

Maria Corazon K. Uera as the Corporation’s Authorized Filer to submit the Corporation’s
reportorial requirements to the Securities and Exchange Commission through the online
submission tool.
 
Based on the votes of directors received by electronic mail and messaging services, the
following resolutions were unanimously approved:
 
“RESOLVED, That Ms. Corazon K. Uera, the
Corporation’s Accounting Associate, be, as she is hereby,
designated as the Corporation’s Authorized Filer to represent the
Corporation and act for it in the submission of reportorial
requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
through the SEC Online Submission Tool (OST);
 
“RESOLVED FURTHER, That the foregoing resolution
shall be valid until withdrawn, revoked or modified by the
Corporation.”
