Uber is international transport company that is founded in 2009 and they are operating in
785 cities worldwide. Recently Uber brought its competitive partner Careem in 3.1 Billion
Dollars.

WHY UBER:

I use uber most of times because I use to travel to office and university and viseversa

 We can book our ride whenever we want. Their rides are easily available

 Uber uses multi segment type of positioning like They have Uber Auto
(Rickshaw), Uber mini, Uber Auto and Uber Go.
 Uber have Facility to provide gift cards to the one you want to send and that can be
used for rides or Uber Eats orders in the country where the gift card was purchased.
 FAQ policy.
 Uber gives 120PKR balance for ride to one when you refer the code to your
friend or user to try Uber Application.
 Providing feedback.

Most of the Uber drivers are un professionals because sometimes they ask the
customers where you want to go and when they are being guided the location,
they ask to cancel the ride and say that they are out of route. Uber don’t have the
complaint option where you launch the complaint. They only have feedback
option which comes after the ride. Careem in this regards has the best customer
care services because they respond instantly to customer complaints and refund
their amount being wrongly charged. So uber need to have their complain option
like careem have in order to serve their customers with loyalty.
