Introduction:
KDC 2019 is an kart design challenge where students have to build their own karts which meets the
standards set by GNA university. It is a platform where students come up with innovative ideas and
compete with each other to win prizes.

Level of the Event:

It is a national level event being organized under the aegis of SPUR MOTORSPORTS.

Subject:
We are a group of 16 students in lovely professional University pursuing B.Tech Mechanical
Engineering from the Student organization ASME LPU. We are writing this to inform you that we have
registered under the name “DREAM CHASERS” for the event KDC 2019 which is an event organised
by SPUR MOTORSPORTS. The event will be conducted in GNA University from 24th to 28th February
2019 in Phagwara. We kindly request you to provide 2 members of the team with duty leaves from 22th
feb 2019 to 28th feb 2019 as we want 2 days time to test the vehicle prior the event the list of students is
attached below.
