P # Taking preparation for the interview

 Try to gather enough information about the role you are applying for as well as try to get
knowledge the company.
 Applicant can surely ask smart questions to the interviewer.

For example: Applicant can ask about the new project of the company/ launching new
services or products in the market. As a result, applicant can get the proper attention from
the interviewer.

E # Think of the effect you want to create

 Applicant must introduce his/ her skills towards the interviewer. (He/ She) is good at xyz

For example: He can say that, he is hardworking, he is a good team player and also, he can
state that he is creative.

 Applicant can create first impression by following these steps:


 Firstly, what you wear
 Secondly, how you present yourself
 And finally, how are you responding to the questions in the whole interview

R # Respond Appropriately

 At first, Focus on the questions


 Try to listen to the questions carefully. Give proper attention.
 After listening carefully, try to give the answers correctly and completely. Do not try to
include any inappropriate points/ topic which isn’t asked by the interviewer.
 Interviewer may ask random questions from different topics (Ex: your education or your
skills). If you get puzzled, then try to ask them to give you some clues and respond to
your questions accordingly.
F # Focus on highlighting your abilities

 Try to focus on your strength while responding any questions


 It will help the applicant to establish suitability for the role he/she is applying for

E # Include examples in the response

 If interviewer ask any question which is related to know your opinion, you can add some
phrases in this case.
 For example:
 In my experience, it will be a good decision.
 When I was in a similar situation, I took advices from my top management to
make the proper decision.
 By following these examples, an applicant can gain some creditability, he/she can share
his/her experiences. As a result, interviewer will get impressed and they will think that
the applicant is well experienced in these types of situation.

C # Well communication

 Applicant must maintain a good communication. It is the most important thing in the
whole interview.
 Applicant should use the verbal & non-verbal communication method. It will help
him/her to create a good impression in the whole interview session.
 Try speak clearly, so that everyone can hear properly. Try to give attention, when you
need to speak a bit loud or soft. Try to find out whether you have to give pause/ break
while speaking.
 Applicant must control his/ her expressions
 Applicant should control hi/her gestures. For example: Do not try to shake legs.

By following the above-mentioned steps, Interviewer will come up to these 2 points:

 The applicant is confident


 The applicant carries positive attitude
