ASIGNATURA: Introduction to SLA/ Theories of second language acquisition
JUSTIFICACIÓN:
DESCRIPCIÓN:
This course examines principles, processes, theories, and issues in second
language acquisition with implications for language teaching. Through this course,
students will become knowledgeable about the nature and structure of language and
how second languages develop. Students will explore language teaching strategies
consistent with the current understanding of the nature, structure, and development
of language. By developing the effective strategies, students will become more
proficient at supporting students’ second language development.
