PARAGRAPH ONE:
In the creation of our web robot, we will use high-level tools for the design of the software
such as the AdminLTE administration template chosen as the development environment,
frequently used for its wide interactivity, design and easy handling, language used in the
code is PHP to give an open and highly recognized language, compatible with other
languages such as JAVA and graphical plugins such as CSS3, which give it a broader
appearance and functionality since it opens up the functional perspective much more.
The minimum characteristics of the computer or computers that will run this Web
application must have:
1. Processor up to 3.0 GHz in speed.
2. RAM memory up to 2.00 GB
3. 512 Mb disk space
4. Windows 7 operating system and higher versions.

PARAGRAPG TWO:
It is a virtual robot that improves the service in the assignment of medical appointments,
thus helping the EPS (health promoting entity).
is in charge of assigning appointments, when the patient does not find the expected
availability; He works 24/7, from the filing of the request, he has 24 hours to schedule the
service (he sends a maximum of 3 appointment options, so that the user selects the most
convenient according to his requirements, through text message).
The patient communicates to the call center area to request his medical appointment, when
the patient does not accept any of the available options or there is no availability, the
collaborator activates the robot option which works as follows:
From the moment the robot is activated, a ticket or incident number is automatically
generated, which is informed to the user for evidence of the filing of their request, which is
in charge of the robot. The robot will search for this appointment 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, when the robot finds available appointments, it will send the user via text message
the possible scheduling options (maximum it will send 3 options) in which the user must
answer YES or NO. If the user chooses any of the 3 options, the appointment is
automatically scheduled in the system and another message arrives with the description of
the schedule (date, time, address and professional who will assist him), and the case
assigned to him is closed the robot with the message sent to the user, if the user in the 3
options informs that he DOES NOT accept the appointment, the robot automatically
redirects the case filed to the customer service assistants of the health service unit where the
patient is treated, so that they can communicate from there with the user and assign the
service as requested.

PARAGRAPH THREE
The "incognito virtual assistant" software was created by a group of students from
UNIMINUTO university, with the purpose of Helping to carry out monotonous tasks in
customer service, reducing service delivery times and making life easier for people who
seek a fast and efficient service. Acquiring this program would definitely be an investment
that would increase the effectiveness and efficiency within the organizations, generating a
better experience for the user. It is common to hear disagreements from patients towards
EPS, and the recurring complaints and wishes to change from one eps to another; with this
software the health system would have an advance in technology, generating this type of
advances makes the eps that acquires the program a pioneer in health, and place, it can
improve the quality of life of the same and with this the eps could be accredited as
organizations of quality and efficiency. Inc.
Incognito virtual assistant has a cost of 1,500 dollars, and a monthly technical support of 60
dollars. The monthly fee for users would increase by 5%, which would not be very
significant in money but in quality of service; and being the eps leader with this software,
government aid would also increase.
