Alumni Info System

Every educational institution will provide their complete information in their respective
websites. Students select a one institution among many by studying the website of the institution
which fulfill their aspirations. Once the students completes course in the institutes and takes next
challenge, then it is the time for the institutes to have a record of the ex-students (alumni)
consisting of complete information about their location, occupation, immediate reachable
options, etc. This record of alumni is very helpful for the management and existing student who
will be the ready to start their career. Alumni Info System gives flexibility to alumni, students,
faculty of an organization to enter his/her information and update the same anywhere around the
globe. This also acts as an e-notice board. This application will be as a part of the institute’s
proprietary website providing easy accessibility. Here, the alumni can access the website, enter
and update the details without having the involvement of institution’s staff. The current students
who are interested to contact any ex-student regarding their career options or higher studies can
search through this portal. The same can be done with the faculty also.

2. Online Dating

Online Dating is an application which provides a social communication to establish a


relationship between two persons in selecting their partner. This application provides privacy and
security to the users what they want to communicate. Every user who logs into the application
can check all the profiles and can establish the communication. This kind of communication will
helpful in knowing each other about their qualities, character and hobbies. It is a kind of activity
which establishes a meeting in between the pair of people, so that they can check each other
whether they can live the remaining life with each other or not. The main intension of this
application is to trying to establish a relationship and exploring each other to know whether they
are compatible with each other in becoming as a couple in the public.
3. Distance Learning System

The purpose of this Distance Learning System is to define scope and requirements of a
virtual learning platform for students or professionals. It provides the convenience of study
materials and assignment schedules as they are pre-occupied with challenging commitments in
their existing curriculum.
This project “Distance Learning system” is to design and develop an automated website for
managing the distance learning process. The system consists of login module for the students to
access their profiles and also a new student signup where the new students can register
themselves.
The qualified Faculty will be registered into system by system admin. Faculty can login into
system and they can upload study material, schedules, Conducts exams, evaluate students work
and allot the grade.
The system is ideally meant for students and faculty having their own accounts and can
communicate with each other through discussion board and gets email alert whenever
notification is posted into system.
In this project, we are developing an application developed for the public to check their details of
students, faculties, and courses should be entered by using their login details. There are three
actors who play their role in Distance Learning system.

4. Vehicle Registration system

The vehicle Registration system is mainly used to store the data of the user vehicles and the
person details in it by using database storage. It has client and user to it. It will have the many
sections in it with vehicle details like person login details name, mailing address (city, state, and
zip code), date of birth and sex. When coming to the vehicle details It has plate number, the type
of registration, registration expiration date, vehicle identification number (VIN), year, color,
body type, weight, fuel type and number of cylinders, car brand and model etc.
It does an activity section which involves that, other vehicles were registered to the with same
plate number with year, color, body type, fuel, cylinders count, and VIN number for each vehicle
involved. It will check whether the same plate number is registered with previous plate number.
So, it will check the status of the current vehicle registration process. Then, it will not affect the
current vehicle registration process. If, the registration system finds the same registration number
it will give the unique registration number to the new vehicle.
It has separate unique registration details as well as unique login and password details which
were created by admin. Then, the person will find the details of our own personal details and the
car registration details like car model, year, body type, fuel type and number of cylinders etc…
in his login details. One more search button is there in the site to search regarding vehicles of
other users but can’t find their personal details. Database will save the whole details regarding
car registration details as well as personal details.

5. College Event Management

In these days almost every college is conducting technical fests where we can gain some
knowledge by participating. College, which is conducting fest, will invite so many colleges for
the competition. This project is the organizer for event management in a college. This provides
college management to schedule events online and assign student volunteers for an event. Event
Managers can upload information related to the event in the form of audio, video files. The
students and participants can view these files online and download.

Event organizers create schedules for events using well-developed web interface and assign
student volunteers at the time of schedule creation. The students register with the site and some
of them register as volunteers. Only event organizers and volunteers can upload event content to
the site. College Fest Organizer can be extended to organize the events conducted in a city so
that this will be an online portal for any type of event conducted in a city.

6. Hotel Management System

The goal of this project is to develop a website for “hotels”. The Hotel Management
System website developed will represent most recent and easy to understand drifts on its site.
The theme for this development is based on the recent complaints posted by multiple customers
on internet regarding hotel reservation system. The website developed will represent most recent

development will illustrate better business answers for such grievances and give a superior
experience to the clients. This website will have all the latest friendly trends. To overcome all the
past complaints, new system must be created. The new system which I am developing will be
having all the advanced features in reservation and easily usable to the user.

7. Hospital Management System

Hospital Management System is increasingly being viewed as a solution to customize


costs and make health advice and diagnosis possible even to remote areas. We have tried to
emulate a commercial Hospital Management System program in some of its ramifications.

Hospital Management System is a program to facilitate medical advice and diagnosis


when the participants are geographically isolated. It is the use of medical information
exchanged from one site to another via electronic communications for the health and
education of the patient or health-care provider and for the purpose of improving patient care.
However, the definition of Hospital Management System is changing fast to incorporate
greater functionality, which is made possible by greater bandwidths and facilities like Video,
Audio and Web conferencing.

The program aims at creating facilities for consultation, diagnosis, test recommendation
and drug prescription. A heavy emphasis is laid on making the doctor aware of the patient’s
past clinical history by updating all the patient details after every visit. The patient is also
given the flexibility to choose from a pool of experts and seek second opinion from
knowledgeable resources. The program accomplishes the task of providing a suitable
platform for patients to address their consulting needs by the dint of a single click
8. Movie Store

The project is about A Movie Store System where we buy and sell videos/DVD’s .We
have three actors in this where the First actor would be regular user or customer who can access
the database in order to search DVD’s in different types. Second actor is registered user/seller
who can post and sell videos /DVD’s and once user is done with searching he/she can
communicate through messages with seller in order to buy the product. Third actor is
administrator who is in charge of database and users. He is also in charge of giving and revoking
selling privileges to regular customers.

9. Secure Bank

Secure Bank Pty. Ltd. has started its bank services and is in early stage of their business. Being
in 21st century, ease of access and user friendly are the two most important factors in any service
offered by the banks.
To increase their business and attract more customers they have decided to develop a web site
where customers would be able to perform all the banking activities without any hassle.
The site includes functions such as Accounts, Transactions, e-Statements, Transfer & Pay,
Manage, and Message. More detailed sub-menus are possible and the client is happy for you to
suggest a possible solution.
The website should have 3 different account types.
1. Bank Manager: This account should be able to add/remove any account.
2. Business Account
3. Savings Account
10. E-Mart
E-Mart was approached by a Very big Shop to develop a web based application to be accessed
by the users over the web. The central concept of the application is to allow the customers to
shop virtually using the internet and allow customers to buy the items and articles of their desire
from the store. The information pertaining to the products are stored on an RDBMS at the server
side (store).The server processes the customers’ requests and the items are shipped to the address
submitted by them.

The proposed system should be in the way, the customer need not to enter into the shop to
purchase items. He can purchase the items through the internet. The items should be shifted to
the customer address specified when he register his details at the sight.
The end user of this product is a departmental store where the application is hosted
on the web and administrator maintains database. This application which is deployed at the
departmental store will automate the process.

11. Library Management System

A library database needs to store information pertaining to its user (or customers), its workers,
the physical locations of its branches, and the media stored in those locations. The library must
keep track of the status of each media item: its location, status, descriptive attributes, and cost for
losses and late returns. Books will be identified by their ISBN, and movies by their title and year.
In order to allow multiple copies of the same book or video, each media item will have a unique
ID number.

Customers will provide their name, address, phone number, and date of birth when
signing up for a library card. They will then be assigned a unique user name and ID number, plus
a temporary password that will have to be changed. Checkout operations will require a library
card, as will requests to put media on hold. Each library card will have its own fines, but active
fines on any of a customer's cards will prevent the customer from using the library's services.
The library will have branches in various physical locations. Branches will be identified by
name, and each branch will have an address and a phone number associated with it. Additionally,
a library branch will store media and have employees. Employees will work at a specific branch
of the library. They receive a Pay check, but they can also have library cards; therefore, the same
information that is collected about customers should be collected about employees.

12. Learning Management System

This system will give a Learning Organization Structure to use by educators and
understudies. It is a password protected web learning organization environment that allows
understudies to discover learning materials and activities related to contemplates, from any
region with web access. Using the structure, instructors and understudies will have a united,
capable, and accommodating means for course correspondence. Educators will have the ability to
manage courses, discussions, assignments, and tests, and to post grades. Students will have the
