INTRODUCTION
System analysis and design mainly deals with the software development cycle of
the system, it focuses on understanding and seeing every sides of problem to come up
with numerous ideas on how to solve each problem and improve the system in an
understand what is needed to built. This includes gathering information on how the
existing system works and what does it consist, through this information the system
analyst can established goals, options, solution and improvement for the system and
goals on how to improve the existing system. This focuses on how to make the system
more practical, efficient, less costly, flexibility and more secure. When it comes to
system designing the analyst must focus on two aspects of the design. First is the
logical design wherein the analyst must determined the input, output, structure of the
system, its files, procedure and database. The second is the physical design this
contains the actual software and the working system the software used and interface of

The proponents want to know the reasons of the company in using manual reservation
system. The proponents conduct a study towards the topic because they notice that

being asked. The information sheets are filed in a folder and stored in a filing cabinet.
