At first click on Shift option, there are three options available:

➢ i) Morning shift
➢ ii) Day Shift
➢ iii) Evening Shift
By selecting any particular Shift different options appear:
Morning Shift (B.A & B.Sc Programme
(General) Course Only)
Day Shift (B.A & B.Sc Honours Course and
Electronics Programme (General)
Evening Shift (B.Com Hons & Programme
(General) courses.

i) One Student can opt up to 3 Honours Subjects (Maximum) by
submitting one Form. However, for getting admission in
Programme (General) course, a separate form needs to be filled
up.

ii) Any candidate, who wishes to opt for more than 3 Honours
subjects, must submit more than one Form.

iii) Candidate willing to take admission in Programme (General)

course will have to fill-up separate form by selecting
programme under course option.

iv) If any candidate’s name is not enlisted in our Honours merit

list, he/she will not be eligible to get admission in Programme
course unless he/she has already filled up separate form for
Programme course.

v) If you are applying for Honours: (B.A/B.Sc/B.Com)

vi) If you are applying for Honours', you'll get three subjects
Preference in one form (means you can apply for three honours
subjects at a time). When you'll select the honours subject, you
will get two tables 'GE1(Generic Elective) ' & ' Preferred
Language. In 'GE1' you'll get many subjects options, from
which you have to choose one subject. For example, if you
select Physics (Hons), then in GE1 box four subjects, viz.
Mathematics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany will appear.
Then select any one subject out of four as your Generic Elective
paper. In 'Preferred Language box, four options will appear
English, Bengali, Urdu and Hindi, select any one language as
your first language that will be your compulsory language
paper in 2nd semester.

If you are applying for Programme: (B.A/B.Com)

If you are applying for B.A Course and whenever
you select any Programme (say B.A Programme in
History), then and then two boxes will appear
MIL1 and Select one core paper. From select one
core paper option you have to choose one subject.
In MIL1 box, two options will appear English,
Bengali and Hindi, select any one language as
your first language option that will be your
compulsory language.

If you are applying for B.Sc Programme:

If you are applying for B.Sc Course and whenever
you select any Programme (say B.Sc Programme
in Physics), then and then two boxes will appear
Select one preferred language and Select two core
paper. From select two core paper option you
have to choose two subjects amongst the subjects
appear. From the Select one preferred language
box, select any one language as your first
language option that will be your compulsory
language.

After selecting the above points fill your complete personal
information as per application form.

After the completion of your personal information, you'll have to fill

up the 'Educational Qualification'. Under this you'll choose or enter -
Details of 'SSC Board/University (10th)','SSC Registration Number
(10th)','SSC Passing Year (10th)','HS Stream (10+2)',HS
Board/University (10+2), 'HS Passing Year (10+2)', 'Subjects' &
'Marks' (NOTE : You must provide your highest marks/score in
'Language' & also You must provide your highest marks/score in
three 'Optional')

Fill your Permanent Address and Correspondence/Local Address (If

Local and Permanent Address is same then select 'Yes' from drop
down menu after filling 'Permanent Address').

Put the stable and active 'Mobile number' as all the important
information will be sent in your mobile number for future
correspondence.

Upload your 'Recent Photograph' & 'Signature'. (Note: Only star

marks are mandatory). Checked the check box of 'I agree to the Terms
and Condition' and click on 'Submit' button. After filling the form
your Application number and Password will send to your Mobile
number. After successful submission of form Take a print out of the
form generated and procced for payment of registration fees.

In our payment gateway two options are there, if you select online
payment option, you can pay the registration fees through your Debit
card/Credit Card/Internet banking and after payment take a print of
receipt challan. If you select cash option, in that case, you just take a
print of the challan and deposit the registration fees in Murgasol Axis
Bank Branch only.

Merit list will be prepared by following this procedure:
Candidate has to put the marks of best of one of
his/her language paper. (for example: if a student has two
language papers with following marks: Bengali-72 &
English-80, he/she has to put 82 in his/her Language marks
field. In case a student has only one language paper say
English only he/she has to put the marks of English in the
Language marks field.
Candidate has to put the marks of best of three of
his/her Elective papers. (for example: if a student has four
Elective papers with following marks: Physics-85,
Chemistry-80, Math-76 & Bio-science 89, then he/she has
to put 89, 85 &80 respectively as best of three marks in
his/her Elective papers marks field. Lastly the candidate
has to put the marks of the honours seeking paper again.
Therefore, merit list will be prepared on total 500 marks.

and candidates are requested to follow the
notification for the detail schedule of the
admission.

The candidate, who is enlisted in the merit list, is required
to produce the following documents in original along with the
print out of the submitted admission form and the Receipt
Challan of Registration fees at the time of admission:
(i) Proof of Date of Birth
(ii) Marks sheet of class XII
(iii) Character Certificate from the school/college last attended
(recent).
(iv) SC/ST/PwD/CW/KM Certificate (in the name of the
candidate) issued by the competent authority.
(v) OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the
Candidate) issued by competent authority.
(vi) Transfer Certificate from school as well as Migration
Certificate (for students other than W.B board) from Board.
N.B.
The admission is provisional, subject to scrutiny and verification
of the documents submitted. The provisional admission is liable to be
cancelled if they fail to submit documents required by the University.
If admission of any such student is not approved by the University,
she/he will not be entitled to any refund of fees.
Selection will be strictly on the basis of merit.
The college reserves the right of admission.
