3. PRELIMINARY INSPECTION
The A320 MWA was received on 06th May 2019 and during the initial inspection we noticed that one
of the thermal fuse (web area) found leak.

4. RECOMMENDATION
The wheel assembly can be released to service after replacing the defective thermal fuse (P/N:
GA30630) with serviceable one (as per CMM: 32-47-46 Pg no: 1007 & sub task: 32-47-46-010-003-
A01 and tire change procedure to be carried out.
