 Hospital Management System as name suggests will help us in

managing all hospital services by just using this system.

 Every task of a hospital starting from filling a form of a patient,

allocating a doctor to him, charging his fee all sort of things till the
patient checks himself out.

 Every patient needs to register before meeting any doctor and thus he
needs to provide his basic information in order to fill up the form.

 Basic Information may contain his name, email, residing address,

phone number and various such details.

7 Patient Medical Details

 This part keeps the track of patient’s medical history & details.

 It also includes about the part that keeps track of which doctor is
associated and appointed to which patient.

 Patient’s disease, treatment done by doctor on patient, prescription

after treatment and also staff information associated with respective
patient.

 Doctors who belong to health care organization are kept in track with
their each and every information stored in this very module.

 Information like doctors education, subject he mastered, contact

information and various such details.

 This module is to keep track of all the staff member who are giving
their services to health organization.

 Included information will be like staff members identification, his

contact information and with and under which doctor he is
associated.

 Beginning from estimated cost of each surgery or treatment to the

billing of each patient is kept in this module.

 It keeps the record of medical service bill payment, weather it is paid

or pending, amount to be paid, mode of payment and various such
billing regarding information.
