• Download MWO_Wlfspd_model_files.zip file from portal. Unzip the folder and verify
the following files are in place:
Cree_Wlfspd_Models.dll
Cree_Wlfspd_Models_APLAC.dll
CREE_WS.syf
Cree_Wlfspd.xml
• Open Appdata folder by clicking
HelpShow Files/DirectoriesAppDataUserOpen
• Place all dll files in “models64” folder:
…\AppData\Local\AWR\Design Environment\14.0\models64

• Place CREE_WS.syf file in “symbols” folder:

…\AppData\Local\AWR\Design Environment\14.0\symbols
• Place Cree_Wlfspd.xml file in “xml” folder:
…\AppData\Local\AWR\Design Environment\14.0\xml\Circuit Elements\
• If there are snp files, place all the.snp files in AWR installation directory
C:\Program Files (x86)\AWR\AWRDE\14\Library
• Close and reload AWR projects.

DYNAMIC LOAD LINE ACCESS 5

Add “iCS” measurement for dynamic load

line measurement.

Select “iCS” node of the correspondent FET

element under GTRB424908FC nonlinear
model for current/voltage measurement.

Internal node access:

iCS: Intrinsic Current Source
Tj: Junction Temperature
Trise: Junction Temperature Rise
