the middle income trap in 2045. People born around 2000 are an important generation to become
leaders in 2045, so at this time they must focus on improving human resources at that age. Social
conditions during the epidemic period make the development of human resources in vulnerable
areas to be distributed fairly. Therefore, in the context of security spending, it is necessary to pay
