ACTIVITY-2 (CASE STUDY)

Q1. 1. Would Enterprise’s approach to human resource management

work in other industries?

ANS: According to me, the Enterprise’s approach to human resource

management should work well in a lot of industries. Fast food
industries can be considered as an example for the same. It gives an
opportunity even for people who may not have graduated in the top
of their class to still qualify to enter the company with a degree. They
can show case good work ethics and dedication by starting from the
bottom and working their way up to the top. Having said that, job
loyalty is greatly promoted in industries that perform in this way.

Q2. Does Enterprise face any risks from its HR strategy?

ANS: Yes, there is always the struggle of teaching new employees the
rules and strategies of the industry they are working for. They have to
be taken through a training session to tell them what is expected of
them and how they should go about doing their job.
And having a freshers from different backgrounds might be a bit
challenging to have all at the same level.

Q3. Would you want to work for Enterprise? Why or why not?

ANS: Considering myself to have completed schooling followed by

B.Tech as under graduate course and currently pursuing MBA I
wouldn’t probably like to work for Enterprise.
