with Art I am a very big fan of the Grammy-nominee
group, BTS since 7th grade and I always look up to them because of how passionate they are on creating their own craft. Fans BTS’s worldwide, including me, try hard to debunk the messages they want to convey in their music and music, and we can’t help but to be in awe by the consistency of their deep, meaningful, Lyricism and well-thought out lyricism. Two of the many BTS songs that blew my mind is “Save Me” and “I’m Fine”, these two are from different albums but they are strongly connected with each other. When it comes to the song itself, the opening of “I’m Fine” is the reversed tune of “Save Me”. On the other hand, in terms of lyricism, they clearly reversed the lyrics of Save Me to I’m Fine. It’s as if they are saying that they are healed and they don’t need to be saved anymore. My Encounters Why? with Art And that at the end of the day, all we have is ourselves. For reference, this is an english translation of one of the members— RM’s verse comparison in “Save Me” (Left verse) and “I’m Fine” (Right verse) BTS’s where he reversed the arrangement and contrasts the lyrics. These are just one of the reasons why I music and keep on supporting them. In a generation where artistic lyricism is underrated, they put their hearts on Lyricism conveying their stories and relating themselves to the youth’s struggles. This just shows that they are not just a boyband, they are artists. Why? My Encounters with Art I am not into musical and theatre plays but I tried to watch it during the 1st weeks of quarantine and it was a striking encounter as it left a deep impression on me. I loved how they incorporated social issues, love, and The friendship through singing and acting. It was
musical hours long and I can’t imagine how the
director, actors, and the people involed, “Huling El prepared for this amazing production. It just awakened my soul to the issues around me Bimbo” while showing me the Filipino artistry. The last on the list is my love for dancing. I My love can’t seem to specify a particular choreography but I get moved by different for dancing dances that I watch. I, myself, created choreographies back in high school days, and a well-thought out routine is very difficult to make. As someone who loves dancing, every choreography for me is striking and helps me grow as a dancer. They remind me that dancing is not just pure body movements, It moves the soul. It’s a way of expressing ourselves artistically.
