Deliverables BIM Model Our scope of services

Software Revit This resort villas situated in Hawaii for which the client had a
requirement for creation of BIM model with Level Of Detailing LOD
300 for six floors approximately covering 10 Lakhs sq. ft. including a
main building and two parking garages.
Advenser’s architectural and structural team executed the BIM
project in Revit. Inputs from the client team included construction
document set in CAD and pdf formats. Team Advenser delivered
architectural and structural model for coordination and 4D simulation
purpose.
Revit suite was used for modeling as well as for Clash detection and
resolution. Autodesk BIM 360 Glue was used for all project
communication and file sharing among all parties involved in the
project.
