Overview
Before start, any activity or during the erection of steel assembly on-site all requirements must
ready. This methodology required extensive analysis due to the domino effect of the traffic from
Northbound to South Bound or vice versa. This sequence can be used for the next activity in
Gridline B from Grind 1 to 10.
Index Terms
1. Trailer is an unpowered vehicle towed by a powered vehicle. It is commonly used for the
transport of goods and materials.
2. Crane Mobile is a cable-controlled crane mounted on crawlers or rubber-tired carriers or a
hydraulic-powered crane with a telescoping boom
3. Dolly is an unpowered vehicle designed for connection to a tractor unit, truck, or prime mover
vehicle with strong traction power.
4. Lifting Frames are designed to lift heavy loads with a crane safely and efficiently. Both are
considered a below-the-hook lifting devices since the attachment to the load (or loads) takes
place below the crane's hook
Procedure:
Sequence 1
a. The Site Engineer and Driver of the crane must follow the dimension fully extended
outrigger.
2. Mobile Crane QY70 and Delivery of material for Girder Assembly Mark CS-G40-1
riding in the trailer must be on the northbound road from BF Metal Corp at Cainta
Rizal to MRT Common station site project.
Sequence 2
a. Unload first the lifting steel frame from the trailer using Mobile Crane QY70
1. From the current location of the lifting frame to the right side of the girder location
and center island.
Sequence 3
a. Unload the Girder Assembly Mark CS-G40-1 from the trailer using the Mobile Crane
QY70
1. From the current location of the Girder Assembly Mark CS-G40-1 to the right side
lower part of between the lifting steel frame and Center Island.
Sequence 4
Sequence 5
1. Using Mobile Crane QY70 and Mobile Crane QY55 attached with lifting frame.
Sequence 6
a. Lifting of Girder
1. Using Mobile Crane QY70 and Mobile Crane QY55 attached with lifting frame.
2. For the final position of the girder by putting temporary support before removing it in
the steel frame.
