1. If you can talk and suggest to the Secretary of Education, what project will you suggest
to help teachers maximize the use of technology.?
Reduce homework and such. I will suggest to reduce the homeworks and activities. Based on
my experience some teachers think that we, as the students can accomplish many task
because we are home... but sometimes it may just lead to stress and more work.

2. After watching the session about the” Effective Delivery of Synchronous Session,” what
are the challenges you experienced and how did you overcome the situation?

Some of the students are not the ones answering the tasks/activities.
So, I sought the parent's attention in this matter and presented the right guidance and
possibilities for their child's education.

3. Identify a software tool that you are interested to master to apply in asynchronous
teaching. (Example: Photoshop.

Photoshop. Knowing the basics photoshop will help you in your future endeavors and
career. Acquiring basic Graphic art skills are important nowadays, considering that
innovation in technology are developing rapidly.

4. 4. If you can talk and suggest to the Undersecretary for Administration, what are your
weak points as a teacher in using technology that needs assistance and empowerment
that should be supported?

Group assignment & student-led exercise: Divide students into small groups and give
them a week to design and led an in-class solving exercise for their classmates.

5. 5. As a teacher, how can you see yourself 5 years from now in integrating ICT to
enhance the teaching and learning process?

As a teacher, integrating ICT is important to enhance my teaching and learning process.

It will help to increase my competency and learn to use ICT for teaching and help my
students evaluate the information that they learned from the lesson.
