Out-patient services consist of Medical and Dental services given to any person/individuals
seeking treatment and attention on the following areas:

d. Schistosomiasis Disease Control Services

ABOUT THE SERVICE
Medico legal services the Components of Health Department given to clients seeking legal
proceedings and other related needs. This include violence against Women and Children (VAWC)
related cases.

1.Approach front desk and ask for a
priority number then wait for your turn 30 minutes Nurse on Duty
to have your vital signs.
2.If priority number is called, go to
the examination room for consultation 20 minutes Nurse on Duty
prescription (if necessary) and issuance ( longer to rape cases)
of certificates by doctor.

SECURING MEDICAL CERTIFICATE


ABOUT THE SERVICE
Medical Certificate is a document stating the result of a satisfactory medical examination; it
is likewise a doctors certificate giving evidence of person’s fitness for work.

AVAILING CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICES
ABOUT THE SERVICE
The Clinical Laboratory takes charge of laboratory support to the clinicians in the Diagnosis
and Treatment of patients. The Laboratory shall undertake examinations of blood, stool, urine,
sputum and other body fluids or tissues with the available sections in the laboratory like Clinical
Microscopy, Hermatology and Microbiology.

promote the comprehensive maternal care program for pregnant and lactating mothers, including
the infant care programs.
