Target Market

Residents and rental properties in Batasan Hills, Quezon City, will be Mr. Fix
Corporation's target market. The company's goal is to provide a high-quality service
to households who are dealing with home repair and maintenance issues.
Mr. Fix Corporation's key markets are homeowners and property managers.
Those homeowners who lack the necessary skills, time, or desire to repair and
maintain typical household issues. They would rather call someone and have them
handle it.

Property managers are likely to be consumers because they manage a

number of rental properties that require maintenance on a regular basis. Property
managers with less than 20 units rarely have on-site maintenance personnel. It is less
expensive to hire someone as needed. It's uncommon for a property manager to
have any maintenance abilities, and those who do usually don't have time during the
day to perform the repairs.

Operational Plan

Purchasing

The diagram below shows the step-by-step process in purchasing supplies

and equipment that will be needed in the service of Mr. Fix Corporation.

1. Needs for Goods Identified

At this stage, Mr. Fix Company should identify and list all of the necessary
equipment, tools, and supplies for the service.

2. Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order

The purchase requisition contains complete information about the items to be
acquired. The individual, team, or department requesting the goods or services will
submit a purchase requisition to the purchasing department or purchasing manager.
Purchase requisitions that are rejected are returned to the issuing party for review
and, if necessary, correction or clarification, whereas approved purchase requisitions
can be transferred to purchase orders.
3. Purchase Order Review and Approval
Purchase orders that have been approved are sent to accounting to ensure that
funds are available in the appropriate budget to cover the requested goods.

4. Requests for Proposal

Purchase orders that have been budgeted for are returned to the purchasing
department and, as needed, used to create requests for proposals. These are
distributed to vendors in order to solicit offers for the fulfillment of a purchase order
for goods or services.

Potential suppliers submit bids, which are carefully evaluated based on their past
performance, compliance records, and key criteria such as average lead times,
reputation, and pricing.
5. Contract Negotiation and Approval
The winning bidder is then given a contract, before being signed, to guarantee
optimal terms and conditions and a mutually satisfying arrangement for both sides.
The purchase order is a legally binding agreement between Mr. Fix Corporation and
the seller once the contract is signed.

6. Shipping and Receiving

The goods are delivered within the agreed-upon time range by the supplier. Once
they've arrived, Mr. Fix Corporation thoroughly inspects the goods and services to
guarantee they've received exactly what was promised, and tells the vendor if there
are any problems.

7. Three-Way Matching
The comparison of shipping documents/packing slips with the original purchase
order and the supplier's invoice must be adhered to. This comparison is performed
to confirm that all transaction-related information is correct.

8. Invoice Approval and Payment

Payment is approved for orders that have been successfully matched. Any changes
or additional costs may necessitate a second round of approvals before payment is
made. Payment is made to the seller once it has been approved. Such payments
should preferably be made in order to take advantage of early payment discounts
and other incentives while avoiding late payment fees.

9. Accounting Records Update

Completed orders are recorded into the company's books, and all documents
pertaining to the transaction are kept in a secure area.
