Title : Cash with Procurement Disbursing Officers

Details of the Amendments/Addenda:

1. Payments by the Procurement Disbursing Officers shall cover grains purchases

from individual farmers and from institutions amounting to P150,000.00 and
below.

Grains purchases from individual farmers and from institutions exceeding

P150,000.00 shall be paid at the Provincial Office thru the usual disbursement
voucher system.

2. The ash payment for grains purchases to be paid by the Procurement

Disbursing Officer shall only apply to purchases from individual farmers. No
cash payments shall be allowed for purchases from institutions/farmers
groups.

3. Full check payment shall be made by the Procurement Disbursing Officer to

institutions/farmers groups for grains purchases amounting to P150,000.00
and below. The check shall be payable to the farmers groups/institution and
shall be crossed and marked "for deposit only" to the account of the payee.
