1. Only one (1) checkbook per bank account shall be opened

and used at a time for check issuances. Checks shall be
 prepared and issued in sequential order regardless of
expense category, e.g. TEV, discretionary, other expenses.

All other provisions not inconsistent with this addendum shall still be in force.

This addendum shall take effect this 15th day of May 1999.
