Do you still remember the last time you did something good to someone who needs

you can offer help to your grandmother by sharing your ability on how to operate new
gadgets or new appliances, you can suggest possible solutions to your friend’s personal
problem, you can help your group mates in making a research project, or you may help your
father in fixing the old vehicle, etc.

There are times that you have to work with others to solve a problem because when
people work together; problem-solving can be a lot easier than trying to solve a problem
alone. Sometimes, you must be able to deal with or solve a problem without being dependent
on others. Therefore, determine your own ability in problem-solving and develop your skills
to become a good problem solver. By being able to solve problems effectively, you can help

feel it difficult to achieve your goal. Therefore,
problem-solving abilities and determining the ways to
solve problems need to be developed and practiced.

Dr. Carl Rogers, a well- known psychologist, he emphasized that understanding of
the concept of self-exploration and problem solving are helpful for overcoming all types of
personal, psychological, and daily living problems (Steven, 2020).

independent, and achieve challenging tasks in school or even at the workplace and make
good decisions on your own. You will also feel more comfortable, confident about the
situation you have and be able to deal with unexpected circumstances that may happen to
you or your family, friends, and co-workers. If you have the ability to solve problems, it will
