A modern and well-equipped Research and

Development (R&D) Center of BARS-2 company
works to develop new, high-tech masterbatches
for coloring and modification of polymers, to
conduct researches for modification of properties
of final products, to provide technological service
and support to our customers.
The equipment of R&D Center allows to design

and model almost all the main polymer processing
types, which are used by our customers.
Research and Development Center's

equipment
R&D Center of BARS-2 company is equipped

with laboratory twin-extruders, a blow molding
unit, fiber extrusion units (PP, PA, PET), filter
pressure test instruments, injection molding
machines, laboratory sheet lines, film extruders
and a PET preform blowing unit.
The company has a wide range of instruments by

the world’s leading producers:
spectrophotometers, differential scanning
calorimeter, optical microscope with up to 1,000
times magnification, accelerated light aging
instruments, climate chamber, ftir spectrometer.
Quality Management System
The Quality Management System complies with

ISO 9001:2001. QMS operation - since 2004.
2016, 2019 - Recertification of QMS for compli-

ance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
