Candidates who can do 2-4 months internships will also be

Roles & Responsibility ● Conduct orientation program for blue & white collared
employees
● Ensuring effective achievement of process implementation
and process adherence
● Deliver effective training as per agreed timelines
● Conduct process training, up-skill training for existing/new
verticals/categories and refresher trainings
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Excellent delivery, organizational, and planning skills
● Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint is desirable
● Strong Communication - English and local language
proficiency
Compensation (CTC) Stipend would be 20 to 25K per month.
A Certificate of Experience for working with Flipkart during BBD
A chance to work with eKart: the logistics arm of Flipkart
An exposure to Supply Chain Management and the way Flipkart
functions

Other Details -

● It will be a 6 day working week

● Knowledge on regional languages is preferred
● Should be ready to do night shifts/rotational shifts
● Travel expenses to be incurred on self (within city limits).
 However any travel outside the city will be taken care of by the
company
● Contract would be for a duration of 3 - 4 months. Can be
extended basis requirement/student’s availability & willingness.
