Topic 1: Abortion should be made illegal since it is inhuman.

To what extent do you agree/disagree with the issue? Give examples, explanation or any
relevant evidence to illustrate your viewpoint.

Abortion is one of the most argumentative topics of all times. Abortion is defined as the
removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy. It is thought
by some people that abortion should be made illegal since it is inhuman. To a certain
extent, I agree that it is really illegal, even inhumane because when a woman has an
abortion, it means they have ended the life of one life. However, I also think that do so
for their own reasons, when women think about abortion, they have to think and wonder
a lot because this is not an easy decision.
On the one hand, I would agree that abortion should be made illegal. Firstly, a baby
loses the right to life. Everyone has the right to life and no force can take away his or
her right to live. Similarly, once a woman becomes pregnant, the fetus should be treated
as a life already within her. Both the constitution and the Bible say that the right to life is
one of the most important rights that we must uphold and cherish. Secondly, abortion
causes many harms both health and spirit. Abortion can lead to a lot of harm to a
woman who has experienced it. Studies have shown that breast cancer risk increases in
women who have had abortions. The side effects are enormous and also lead to
premature birth, which in turn leads to low birth weight and health problems. Once the
fetus is removed with an unnatural procedure, it affects the uterus. Moreover, it also
leads to feelings of depression in women and this is one of the main reasons why it
should be illegal. After the abortion is complete, a woman feels guilty for her actions and
this can lead to chronic depression. It is not a fact that one is easily digested.
Depression, as we all know, has its own effects, greatly affecting the nervous system.
This can interfere with a woman's next pregnancy.
On the other hand, there are also shortcomings in abortion and the law in Vietnam also
accepts abortion in certain cases. Firstly, Abortion does not depend on the sex selection
of the fetus, if we do not accept this and are found out, we will be subject to legal
prosecution and administrative penalties. For example, the selection of sex will be fined
from 3 million VND to 5 million VND, with seduction acts can range from 5 million VND
to 7 million VND and the most severe is the act of coercive force from 10 million VND to
12 million VND, we will still have an abortion when it does not fall into the above cases
and is completely legal. The next thing is we do not violate the above prohibitions and
the fetus less than 6 weeks is allowed to do, This is a private choice and it greatly
affects the health of the abortionist, if we want to have an abortion, you should choose a
medical facility that is valid and fully licensed by the state, absolutely no abortion in
places that have not been verified and cannot abort yourself.

In conclusion, Abortion is an option and it is not against the law. However, abortion is
not an option and there are many things that violate the law if we do not fully understand
the law, it can both affect the abortion's health and finances. In my opinion, I think
abortion should be considered by the law and act illegally because everyone has the
right to be born and to live.
