OBJECTIVE

To achieve a challenging position where I can effectively contribute my skills and

seeking a position of Maintenance Engineer or equivalent, which offers

EXPERIENCE

 Total 3 years and 2 months of experience with 1 year as trainee, in plant

maintenance as Maintenance Engineer.

 Working in Manipal Technologies Limited (MTL) from October 2013 to till

date.

JOB PROFILE

 Maintenance of different machines like printing, sewing, gathering,

binding, and packaging of different vendors like, KOMORI, HIEDELBERG,
MITSUBISHI, MULLER MARTINI, GOSS community etc.

 Circuit designing and repairing which consists of Relays, Contactors,

Motors, Heater coils, Sensors, HMI, Switches, Transformers, Drives etc
and troubleshooting of the same.

 Knowledge of Sensors (photoelectric, proximity etc), Contactors, Relays,

PLC, Motors (AC, DC, Servo), AC and Servo drives, Potentiometers, HMI,
PCB, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Heater coils, Compressors etc.

 To attend the Preventive as well as Breakdown maintenance related to

Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Electronic sections of the
machines.

 Maintenance of required quantity of machine spares and equipments and

also setting a ROL (Re Order Level) and ROQ (Re Order Quantity).

RESPONSIBILITY

 List down the major maintenance operations and plan for each operation

 Analysis of machinery status & efficiency for inventory control

 Minimizing breakdowns by conducting Preventive Maintenance frequently

and increasing the plant efficiency.

 Responsible for to achieve production target after commissioning of

plant /equipments.

 Replacing faulty and inefficient parts and equipments and making a root
cause analysis.

 Safety assurance in the plant
