I have only one piece of a wish,


And I hope no one would find it foolish,
That is to overcome my anxiety,
Whenever crawling critters come near me.

I wish I could call it a “cute little mouse”


When a rat comes crawling to a corner of our house,
But I bet my life I would never call it nice,
When I see my friend’s hair got a family of lice.

Well, a fly for me seems harmless,


Not until I recall they hover over feces!
Critters oh, critters, when will you end my misery?
Good thing, I got insecticide ready with me.
