FLOW CHART FOR EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE SYSTEM/SKIM INSURANS PEKERJA

1. Apply for the benefits on EIS portal through

https://eis.perkeso.gov.my/eisportal/insured/appl/instruction. Submit your application by clicking
on the ‘permohonan’ tab.

2. Fill in the required information in the portal and click on ‘mohon’ tab. In the next page, you must
complete all the required fields. Once you finished, click on ‘hantar’ tab to complete your application
for benefits.
3. After you have registered for the benefits, you can log in to EIS portal through
https://eis.perkeso.gov.my/eisportal/insured/login to check your status. Please enter your IC
number and password.

4. To check the status of your application, go to the ‘semakan’ tab.

5. When your application is approved, the status will be ‘diluluskan’.

4. To apply for free training, go to the ‘permohonan latihan’ tab. To proceed, click on ‘setuju’ tab.
5. Please scroll down and click on the ‘pilih kursus’ tab.

6. Search for Masters Pro Management Sdn Bhd’s training programme, Certificate in New Age Retail
Sales and Marketing Associate. Select on ‘pilih’ tab.
7. The final step is to click on ‘hantar’ tab and your application will be processed.
