Minutes of the Meeting

SUBJECT: THE BIRCHWOOD POOL SYSTEM

ATTENDANCE: (see attached page)

11:28AM Start of the meeting with Mr. Efren Jocson and Mr. Racelis from IASCO,
Mr. Fernando Vallqus and Jereme Tarzu from AMICI, Lemuel Sacan, Ronie
Correa and Edsel Estrada from Construction. (See attached page)
AGENDAS:
a. Damaged and Deformed Filtration element cartridges
b. Wiring of pool light
c. Wall suction
d. Piping system are not equally divided to 3 Filtration system.

11: 35am
a. Damaged and Deformed Filtration element cartridges. Upon
inspection of AMICI (subcontractor), they learned that the damage in
the filtration system was due to the error in the installation. They
agreed to replace the damaged filter elements. Replacement was
scheduled starting December 12, 2016 until December 16, 2016.
b. Wiring of pool light. It was observed from the random inspection
done last November 17, 2016 that the wires of the underwater lights
were too short. As it was brought up in the meeting, AMICI agreed to
inspect all the wires of underwater lights. They will check the design
for better evaluation.
c. Wall suction. It was observed that the wall suction was not covered.
Upon discussion, this matter should be checked based on the
deliverables on the contract.
d. Piping system are not equally divided to 3 filtration system. As per
discussion, system was based on the approved design. Request for
 alterations should be discussed with the Design and Engineering
Department.
