The fatal accident

It was raining cats and dogs and the traffic was killing I got out of the car and was
totally shaken up with what I saw. I saw a huge crowd ahead of me.

Curiosity got the better of me and I went to see what was going on. I was baffled by
what I saw. A girl was lying in a pool of blood but her foot was inquinated (tangled) in a
wheel of an auto. The auto was sandwiched 2 cars. The auto driver had succumbed to
his injuries. The girl was moaning and groaning in great pain. Her foot was tangling in
the air from a thread from a led like skin. Due to the rains there was blood everywhere.
The ambulance had been called for help but there was no sign of it. People where taking
videos of the scenario. My father and 2 other people decided to take the injured girl to
the hospital as her foot had to be saved. It was very difficult to get out of the jammed
road. But somehow the 3 people were able to get out of the jammed road.

We were supposed to attend a wedding but human priority came first. The girl’s foot
was saved in the nick of time so it was stitched back to her leg although there were
some ups and downs.

Always be honest
It was the summer break and I was bored to death. The heat was killing and there was no
chance going out. I had no choice but to lie on the couch and watch television.
A friend of mine called up suggesting that we go for a swim. Our bad luck, there was no
mother to come with us. So, we had to shelve up the program. A devilish plan worked up our
mind and we cooked up a story about going to mall for window shopping. We arrived at the
Chembur Gymkhana, changed our clothes and dived in the pool. All of us new swimming
except Aarya. We promised her that we would not do any mischief with her. All of us were
coolly swimming. We were enjoying ourselves and we did not realize that we were ducking
Aarya’ s head inside the water.
It was only after a little while we caught a tension that Aarya was nowhere to be found. We
panicked and looked high and low for her. We had no choice but to call the lifeguard to help
us out. He soon came up with Aarya with an unconscious state. A chill ran down our spine

Children should be given mobile phones

By a student

In this jet age mobile is no longer a luxury. It has become a necessity. By right, I think children should
be given a mobile phone. Like 2 sides of a coin, mobile has pros and cons. But the weightage is more
for everyone. Sometimes the kids are stranded the mobile helps them to contact their parents and
return home safely. It is a small gadget with a lot of amenities. It is a portable dictionary, email,
portable newspaper and has unimitated knowledge on google. If you use it in the right manner it is a
good. Sometimes the students get stranded in classes so the mobile is the only help to contact their
parents and get the knowledge about the situation. In studies it will help them, so they should be
given a mobile phone.

And the wise old pigeon rightly said,” In unity lays strength”
United we stand Divided we fall
Once upon a time a group of pigeons fell into a trap laid by a hunter in a forest. They were eating
food without realizing the danger lurking over them. The hunter was very happy at this
opportunity. He thought it was a good time to capture the pigeons.
The pigeons were so engrossed in peaking the grain that they did not realize the danger. Once
the pigeon realized that they have been trapped, they all panicked and placed a hue and a cry
among them. They all started thinking in different ways, how to escape. They were trying to
struggle and fly away. A wise old pigeon, told them, that they won’t be able to move an inch until
they are not united. He advised them to start flying together so that they will rise and escape. All
of them listened to the wise old pigeon, and were able to fly with their net.
The mice cropped the trap for them and set them free and the wise old pigeon rightly said,” In
unity lays strength”
